Important: WellOps is a software platform. WellOps is NOT an insurance company, insurance producer, or insurance broker. Nothing on this Platform constitutes insurance advice or an offer to sell insurance.
1. WellOps Is Not an Insurer
WellOps operates a software platform that connects independent wellness service providers with corporate clients. WellOps does not underwrite, issue, or administer insurance policies of any kind. References to “coverage” on this Platform relate to insurance products offered by independent third-party insurance companies.
2. Insurance Partner — Coverdash
WellOps provides a link to Coverdash as a convenience for Providers seeking liability insurance. Coverdash is an independent, licensed insurance marketplace and is not affiliated with or owned by WellOps. WellOps does not underwrite, issue, or administer any insurance policy offered through Coverdash.
WellOps does not guarantee coverage availability, pricing, eligibility, or claims outcomes for any product offered by Coverdash. Our insurance referral is provided purely as a convenience to help Providers find coverage options.
Coverdash operates independently and is responsible for all underwriting decisions, policy terms, premium pricing, claims handling, and customer service. WellOps has no ability to influence these decisions and assumes no responsibility for them.
To review Coverdash’s terms, coverage details, and privacy practices, visit coverdash.com. Coverage availability and eligibility are subject to Coverdash’s underwriting criteria and state availability.
3. Provider Insurance Responsibility
Providers using WellOps are solely responsible for obtaining, maintaining, and verifying appropriate insurance coverage for all events they provide through the Platform. WellOps’ requirement that Providers confirm coverage (via COI upload or partner referral) is a Platform eligibility check only — it is not a guarantee that coverage is adequate, active, or applicable to any particular event.
WellOps strongly recommends that Providers:
- Consult a licensed insurance professional to determine appropriate coverage types and limits.
- Verify that their policy covers mobile and on-site wellness services in Arizona.
- Ensure each corporate client is named as an additional insured where required.
- Review their coverage before each event, particularly for high-attendance or high-value events.
4. No Warranty of Coverage Adequacy
WellOps makes no representation that any insurance product, including products accessible through Coverdash, is sufficient or appropriate for your business circumstances. Coverage adequacy depends on factors unique to your business, event type, number of attendees, location, and applicable law — none of which WellOps assesses.
5. Corporate Client Notice
Corporate Clients are encouraged to confirm that their chosen Provider holds active liability insurance before any event takes place. Requesting a copy of the Provider’s Certificate of Insurance (COI) before the event date is recommended.
WellOps is not a party to any insurance policy and accepts no liability for losses, claims, or damages arising from uninsured or underinsured Provider services.
