Client Information

Last updated: September 28, 2026

This page is information, not a contract with WellOps. Your wellness provider owns the client relationship and provides the services. Accepting a quote records your acceptance of the provider’s displayed offer, not acceptance of separate WellOps client terms. A separate service agreement with your provider may apply when presented.

1. About WellOps

WellOps, LLC supplies software tools to independent wellness providers. Your chosen provider offers and delivers the wellness services and is your point of contact about those services. For information about how data is handled through the tools, see the Privacy Policy.

2. Quote and Acceptance

When you submit a corporate wellness request through a Provider’s WellOps page, you are requesting a quote — not making a confirmed booking. The Provider will review your request and submit a quote that includes pricing, session length, and therapist count.

Accepting a quote records acceptance of the provider’s displayed services, pricing, and schedule. It does not itself collect payment or constitute acceptance of a separate WellOps client agreement. If the provider sends a separate service agreement, review its terms before signing.

3. Payment

The provider sets its service fees and payment terms and may collect payment directly. Deposit and remaining-balance amounts describe the provider’s terms; accepting a quote or signing a service agreement does not itself charge you. If the provider offers payment through a platform invoice, checkout requests the invoiced amount, not automatically a partial deposit. Stripe processes payments made through that checkout for the provider’s connected payment account; WellOps does not store card numbers. WellOps charges its platform fees to providers under their plans, not as a separate client service fee. Ask your provider to confirm how and when any deposit or balance is to be paid.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

The provider sets the applicable cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms for its services. Review those terms with the provider; WellOps does not set a default schedule for client cancellations or refunds.

To cancel or reschedule, contact the Provider directly using the contact information provided in your booking confirmation.

5. Employee Booking

After a quote is accepted, the Provider will create a booking event and share a self-booking link with you for distribution to your employees. Participants provide their name and an email address to reserve a time slot, and may optionally provide a mobile phone number to receive SMS reminders (with their express opt-in) and complete any intake questions or waiver the Provider has configured for the event. Available slots are generated automatically based on the event start time, end time, session duration, and therapist count specified in the accepted quote. This data is handled in accordance with the WellOps Privacy Policy.

6. Provider Documentation

Ask your provider directly about licensing, insurance, credentials, or documentation your organization needs for an event.

7. Questions About Services

Contact your provider about service quality, schedules, cancellations, or refunds. For questions about WellOps’s handling of information, see the Privacy Policy.
